I had a great time on Saturday at the "Pork N' Pearls" event.  They had a great turnout and a wonderful time was had by all.  It was another event that reminded me how lucky we are to live here on Daniel Island!  Thought you'd enjoy some of my favorite photos!

Things Are Looking Up!

Overall, I've seen the market really pick up in the last couple of weeks which is wonderful.  Here at Daniel Island Real Estate, we've sold several water/marsh view lots and activity is generally much brisker.  In looking at the inventory statistics for Daniel Island, numbers are gradually decreasing in just about all price ranges which is good news for those of you thinking about selling.  I feel very positive about the year ahead - things are already looking up!  

I also wanted to share some exciting news from our sales meeting today.  We had an update from our Marketing Department.  We have some great ads running nationally in magazines and online which bring buyers to Daniel Island from all over the country and the world.  Take a look at the Wall Street Journal online -  Wall Street Journal Online - great exposure for our wonderful Island Town!!

A New Cookie Krumbs Video

My CookieKrumbs, Chloe and Katie, have created a wonderful new video on the Daniel Island Club that I wanted to share - Daniel Island Club Video   They came to work with me last week for Career Day and I had such fun with them.  They did a lot of filming for their next video too - stay tuned!

When Will Housing Get with the Program?

School Days ...

I've adopted a 4th grade class at the Daniel Island School this year and it's been such a wonderful experience.  I have so enjoyed getting to know all the children and their fabulous teacher.  We are so lucky to have such a great school right here on the Island.  I am looking forward to going for a visit today and reading to the class.  I'd highly recommend the experience of volunteering there to anyone - it is such a joy!
